The more streamlined your client process, the more efficient you’ll become in completing client projects and receiving glowing testimonials. 

In Module 5, I’ll walk you through the ins and outs of an intentional, streamlined client process from start to finish, from onboarding new clients to handing off deliverables at the end of a project.

We’ll discuss how to how to handle critiques and revisions as well as best practices for handing off deliverables.

We’ll also spend a large majority of this module discussing client communication, which can make or break the client process on both ends. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, manage expectations, and put safeguards in place to make the client process run smoother and protect yourself when a sticky situation inevitably pops up with a difficult client.
